Here you will find many interesting courses. All our course will be offered online. As our course leaders have different nationalities, most course will be held in English.
What are the advantages of an online course?
1. You do not leave your workplace to gain new knowledge, because with your password you will be able to enter the course whereever in the world you are. There will be no in-class meetings.
2. You are able to learn whenever you find time. We will not fix any times, because the course leader will come into the course whenever it fits his timetable. When he is online he will comment on your entries.
3. You will be able to exchange with course members through our chat and our forum.
Our application training will always take place in the language of country, as we think that the applicant will need to have a certain amount of language knowledge for the country in which he applies for a job.
While attending a course we would like to ask you not to critise team colleagues to frankly because it might habe the consequence that the critisiced colleague might leave the course or will not participate visually in the course.
If you would like to take part in a course which is sealed by a key, click on the main teacher of the course (at the bottom of the course contents), and send him an email which contains your address, email and the course you would like to participate in. Then an invoice will be send to you and you will be asked to transfer the money until a week before the course starts. Simultaneously to your filing your are welcome to register to our academy fee-free.

Die Reflexion von Leitungsaufgaben der Personalführung und -entwicklung, Gestaltung von Strukturen, Prozessen, Schnittstellen, Informationsmanagement, Entwicklung von Visionen und Strategien, Unterstützung und Außensicht von Konflikten, Krisen und Problemsituationen werden die Themen in diesem Kurs sein.

The employer's perspective is discussed, and interview preparation is covered in detail. Proper interview demeanour, including listening and answering, asking questions, effective communication, and negotiating is discussed. Strategies for getting past screening interviews, navigating tough interviews, resolving objections, and managing the follow up process are also provided. The costs will be 300 Euro + VAT (19%). Your coach will be psychologist Gudrun Smith. She is working in this field for many years on very different levels. She trains people on this subject and she also does individual coaching where she often succeeded in her goal to bring people into jobs. In a vibrant world where people from all over the world are getting closer in business a coaching may be an assisting hand to sort things out and to learn to handle new stressy situations. Women in Management or people who have just changed their job often do not have much time to meet a coach to a fixed time and therefore we offer a coaching where we meet online to chat, to phone on internet telephone and to use a webcam. If you have the feeling that you know you need help and it is difficult meet someone on a regular basis this is the tool for you. You decide when you like to meet us and the exercises or the material to read you will be able to read whereever you find internet access. As everything is done online you save costs for hotel accommodation and travelling costs. In a coaching group will be at the highest five people who can also help each other. If you wish to have a coaching on your own that is no problem. Just let us know. The costs for a 3 months course is with five people in the course 400 + 19% VAT. A start is possible as soon as you have transfered the course costs.
