This training course examines the interview process, from obtaining an invitation to an interview to follow up after the interview. The employer's perspective is discussed, and interview preparation is covered in detail. Proper interview demeanour, including listening and answering, asking questions, effective communication, and negotiating is discussed. Strategies for getting past screening interviews, navigating tough interviews, resolving objections, and managing the follow up process are also provided.

The course will take place from the 23th August 2010 until the 3rd September 2010. The costs will be 300 Euro + VAT (19%).

Your coach will be psychologist Gudrun Smith. She is working in this field for many years on very different levels. She trains people on this subject and she also does individual coaching where she often succeeded in her goal to bring people into jobs.
